Berlin was wonderful. We didn't go crazy with the shopping, but it feels good not to come home with a huge amount of stuff I don't really need.

Spotted a few outstanding outfits on the streets, especially in the Mitte area, but I didn't have the guts to ask for a photograph. Sorry about that!
One of the highlights was visiting Andreas Murkudis' AM1, AM2, and AM3 in Münzstrasse, Mitte. I'm glad we even found it, cause the three shops can be a bit tricky to locate. They're kind of hidden in a lovely backyard. But no worries. Keep in mind that they're conveniently placed right next to the Acne store by the street (I tried on the blue Atacomas for the first time. Still want the black ones, but everyone's wearing them now, it's such a drag) and you can't miss it. AM1-3 stock a great selection of designers such as Sophia Kokosolaki, Maison Martin Margiela and Kostas Murkudis(Andreas Murkudis' brother), plus jewelry, accessories, leather goods and porcelain. It's definitely worth checking out when in Berlin.
I got this necklace, made by Werkstatt Muenchen. Look how small it is, yet so accurate...

Oh, and this is so cool. BANANAS. It's a teeny tiny Margiela coat! Tailormade for one lucky little drooler. I want a baby to dress in Margiela right now.

My hat is another story. I found Susanne Gäbel's lovely hat shop, Salon Hüte & Accessoires, in Bleibtreustrasse 40. She is definitely the sweetest hatmaker I've ever met in my life! Her creations are stunning, every single one. What an interesting proffession, hatmaker... My hat was originally a bit more subtle, but she offered to alter it in no time as I wanted the veil and an elastic band to keep it steady. I love wearing it! Do you think it's funeral-y? I'm gonna wear it to school.
